Package questions

Know the boundaries before you engage.

Pricing is confirmed after a brief fit check. A business that falls outside the streamlined model can still be quoted separately.

Does the advertised starting price apply to every corporation?

No. It is the current starting offer for qualifying straightforward businesses. Transaction volume, bookkeeping quality, tax obligations and complexity determine the final scope and quote.

How does the price lock work?

The $3,200 annual base package rate is held for the first 24 months while the business remains within the agreed qualifying scope. Payroll, additional entities, major increases in transaction volume, specialized tax matters, significant cleanup and other added work are quoted separately.

Is payroll included?

No. The streamlined package is designed around businesses without payroll. Payroll can be priced separately when required.

Are personal T1 returns included?

Personal returns are included only when specifically stated in the engagement. They can be added or quoted separately depending on the client situation.

Do I have to be in Maple Ridge?

No. QAC works remotely with clients across British Columbia and can arrange in-person meetings by appointment where practical.

Five minutes is enough to check the fit.
